Cancellation & Subscription Policy

Billing period
Subscriptions renew monthly. The monthly fee is billed at the start of each period; messages above the plan allowance (0.10 SAR / €0.03 each) are billed at the end of the period.
Setup fee
The chosen one-time setup (Quick 399 SAR / €99 / Full 999 SAR / €249) covers work performed to build and deliver the agent. [Refund conditions for the setup fee.]
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; the agent remains active until then. [Minimum term, if any.]
Plan changes
Upgrades and downgrades apply from the next billing period.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we notify you by email and the subscription enters a grace period of [x] days before the agent is paused.
