What is the setup fee?
Setting up yourself is free: connect WhatsApp in one click and add your services in the portal. If you want us to do it: Quick setup 399 SAR (we enter services, prices and hours, test the agent, 15-minute call) or Full setup 999 SAR (everything incl. team, calendar, reminders and 2 weeks of support). One-time, with the first payment.
How many messages does each plan include?
Basic includes up to 500 messages per month and Professional up to 2,000. For Multi-Branch the allowance is agreed individually based on your branches and volume.
What happens after I exceed the limit?
Your agent keeps working. Each additional message is charged at 0.10 SAR, and you can follow your usage live in your customer portal.
Do price changes cost anything?
No. Updating prices or service details is free.
Can I add new images?
Yes. Adding a batch of images is free.
Can I add videos?
Yes. Adding videos is free. Sending service videos to customers is included from the Professional plan.
Does it support more than one branch?
Yes — the Multi-Branch plan is designed for businesses with more than one branch.
Can more than one number be connected?
Yes. Multiple phone numbers are included in the Multi-Branch plan.
Can a conversation be transferred to an employee?
Yes. Special cases are handed over to your team in every plan.
Does it support booking?
Yes. Direct appointment booking is included from the Professional plan.
Is there a monthly report?
Yes. A monthly report of conversations and bookings is included from the Professional plan.
Can the replies be customized?
Yes. Every agent speaks with your information and tone. Fully customized responses are part of the Multi-Branch plan.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade from your customer portal; changes apply from your next billing period.
