Permitted use
WakilSmart agents may be used to communicate with customers who contacted the business or opted in to receive messages.
Prohibited use
- Spam, unsolicited bulk messaging or violations of WhatsApp Business policies.
- Illegal, deceptive, discriminatory or harmful content.
- Impersonation of other businesses or people.
- Collecting sensitive data without a legal basis.
- Medical diagnosis, legal or financial advice by the agent.
- Attempts to access other tenants' data or to overload the service.
Enforcement
