WakilSmart builds, operates and maintains AI agents for business communication (starting with WhatsApp), as described in the selected plan.
3. Setup and plans
Setting up yourself is free. Optional: Quick setup 399 SAR / €99 or Full setup 999 SAR / €249, one-time with the first payment. Monthly plans: Basic 199 SAR / €49 (up to 500 messages), Professional 399 SAR / €99 (up to 2,000 messages), Multi-Branch 699 SAR / €179 (up to 5,000 messages). Messages above the allowance are charged at 0.10 SAR / €0.03 each. Price and service updates, new services and new media batches are free.
4. Customer responsibilities
The customer provides accurate business information (services, prices, policies), holds the rights to all media supplied, complies with the WhatsApp Business policies and applicable law, and obtains any required customer consents.
5. AI limitations
AI agents answer based on the information provided and may occasionally be inaccurate. Special or sensitive cases are handed over to the customer's staff. The agent does not provide medical, legal or financial advice.
6. Payment
Fees are billed monthly in advance; overage is billed in arrears. [Payment terms, taxes as applicable.]
